first of all it`s very nice to announce so early about the annual party of THE CLUB .. I`m already knew about it from you few days ago .. but some people don`t know anything about it .. just it will be nice if someone write down it`s details ( place - day&month - from:to - the minimum :) and so on ..) just to let all people know about it well .. also you can upload the invitation that you did .. it will be very nice .. that`s for now but the best is yet to come
About THE CLUB, i think it has changed to the best and this is a result of Duaa's hard work. She tries her best to bring THE CLUB in this beautiful shape which noticed in the past 3 issues

Any way, last week i saw something that made me soooo upset. We found our sheets thrown in with the rubbish. One day they told us that he who won't deliver these sheets answered won't pass and he'll fail.The sheets are not even marked !!
The question is : is this the award for working hard? I my self spent two days without sleeping in order to answer these sheets. Also i have a request for the person responisble for this fatal mistake: PLEASE if you are going to throw our work in the rubbish again this term, tell us from now so we can spend our time in something valuable.
i believe in what Karim says. i believe it will it hurt anyone of us to see his/her work being thrown into the bin. we are so sorry for that...but can i explain something...well, were the Univ. teacher paid enough( i mean real enough) to get himself/ herslef good clothes and books and respectable means of transportation, he/she would be spending all the time with the students, reading their homeworks and answer sheets. what happens dear 0nes is that we all Univ. teacher go from one place to the other because our salaries do not match what is required of us in our academic posts. this is most of the staff members do not have time they go from one Univ. to the other and from one institute to the other to gain more money. no time to study...no time to read answer sheets or homeworks. This is why, by the way Egyptian teachers are not given any chances in the gulf states like in the past...it is only the KSA that offers us jobs. we have lost our academic credibility because we just run to get ends meet to fight our from-hand-to-mouth situation. this is not an excuse i know; it is just an explaination...

Yeah! Mr. Waleed is a very dear person to all of us. he is a very polite person as well as a very promising academic reseacher. i just wish him the best and hope he returns safe with new experiences and stories to tell. i, from time to another, have thought about him. well, that was in the cold few days we had few weeks ago. i just wondered how cold it would be for him and people in England. all the best for him and for us. i just wish that anyone who knows his e-mail address of knows how to get me in contact with him to do so soon. i also wish that you tell him about ELDSAAFOLKTALK.

I have astory to tell you , when Iwas in my freshman year and finished the exames and waiting for the results .once I got the results ,Ifound that I didn`t pass in a subject. iam really feeling bad because I studied hard .so , I had to acomplain and itried to know the real grad. surprisingly I found that it was amistake the man who wrote the results mixed with anther name .Do you agree with me that is n`t unfair ?? I imagine that if some one met this dificult situation and did not make any thing ,believed that it is his real grade.Iask u what would you do if you faced this situation.?.
i am so sorry to hear about this unhappy result thing. Anyway, you need to know that the system they work under in correcting and adding degrees here is very cumbersome. i myself have suggested more than once to hire a data input employee and somebody to have the whole thing computerized but all that was in vain. there are so many things that needs to be changed and well, we, thank God, have something here at least to vent our angr.

I know now my grades of the first term and I am so happy and thankful and satisfied from each subject and it's a simple reply for everyone believed that they destroy or pull down my will and my own challenge... we all face problems and we will face

well, this is the sixth issue of The Club. i am so happy that we are gathering around every week in The Club to read about our viewpoints and the viewpoints of the others. i am so excited about the idea of the questionnaire and i hope it will be helpful. hey! if you have any commnets (not compliments) please send us a message on this blog or start answering the questionnaire and send us your comments and suggestions. well actually Iam very proud for what the eldsaa member have done in all articles .
know what? know where i have been tonight? well, i was in the Opera House with some of the ELDSAA members. it was really great. we went to ZORBA The Greek. it was a wonderful wonderful show. i just love Ballet. in fact, i would like to thank my dear student Waleed Samir so much for inviting me to the ballet. he and his fiancee are really great muscians. know what else we did? we took some pix with the ballet dancers as well. of course we had to sneak in to do so. the one who did the role of Zorba told us that they will be performing again in May. i just liked the night and the company of the ELDSAA members. i am waiting forward to the summer Jazz concerts as well. hey the music is still playing in my ears. wish you could come. anyway there will be more occasions in the future ensha Allah and i am waiting for you to come and participate.

the result and the problems of result ...
i know that some students really get unfair marks in a certain subject, they can make a complaint ...
but really i don`t know what the problem with people who don`t concern with their own results but other`s results...
it`s so unacceptable guys we`re grown up i wonder if everyone just focus and concentrate in his own matters and shut his/her mouth up
i think if people don`t waste their time in criticizing other`s marks they`ll have time to study, attend and get the mark he/she deserve .
finally i rally thank God that we have a space to let our anger out ..
Hope that everyone is fine and everything is ok with studying.I want to thank every one participating in THE CLUB, i really appreciate the hard work you do.I found that we have a real creative writers-i am not one of them ofcourse
i have a request to those who write in THE CLUB: Please write your aricles in columns,choose the font and size and organize your article.We need to help our editor -Duaa- cuz she's really working hard to give you this perfect shape of THE CLUB, i think all of you noticed the change she did in the previous issues.One last thing, Please prepare your articles before tuesday in order to give us the time to revise and organize it.

hope you are all okay. this is the weekend and it's been a long and tiring week for me as usual. know what? one of your colleauges asked me today about why do you get bad quality text books. in fact, i was so frank with what i told him and i will be the same with you now. first of all i want you to know that you should be seeing more of us not only in lectures, but also in the staff room where you can come and consult us and we can help you with your activities. the maximum required teaching hours of a Ph.D. holder are only 16 hrs. and these can be taught in two days only. but what happens is that we, doctors, teach four days sometimes six in week's time. i myself do that now; i am teaching six days a week. this is a lot of course. but we all do that because we need the money. although we teach at a private institute, both in Sheraton and October 6th, we need to work more and more to get more money. had we chose to work in a government (national) university, the salary would be just 1.200 L.E.

so since we came to talk about hard working and workers it comes my comment replying on karims ones ..thank you karim for helping me in alot of things still i did nothing to be thanked for i'm enjoying being the editor but what realy bothers me people who send thier articles at the last moment b4 printing The Club and another things that realy disturbs me is those people who puts thies hands in the cool water although they have thier jobs and duties should be done but it is never done ... i dont like that this is not ateam work ... and people should know that when some one will talk the will not say a spacific persone is mistaken no they will say ELDSAA or The Club is not well done or organized that is a team work we all work for each other to have one perfect thing in the name of all of us ....please send ur articles in time make it in 2 columns font 12 Times New Roman the dead line in sending articles is monday and WRITE YOUR NAMES IN YOUR ARTICLES ... and still i can have the times to wor more and more as long as we are organised .... thank you dr.ahmed thank you karim thank you evry hard worker ...duaa wageeh (The Club Editor and the ELDSAA Secretary General's)

Okay! a word about the Party...in fact, you don't i mean you cannot imagine how excited and nervous i am about it. i have brought my tools and given people the chance. i hope they don't le me down. teamwork is of course the keyword here. it is all about teamwork. i just hope for the best. i prayed to God that He might help us all in what we are doing because we all have a common intreset, which is to be happy in each other's company in love and peace. i pray for you all and for our success.

I am sorry for not being able to write in the past few days.the reason for that was the Conference we had in our institute in Sheraton. it was a successful one Thank God and we were all so happy with its results, participants, and events. i have some very wonderful pix taken by our photographer May Ehab. anyway, i have some good news to tell about the party. Well, our Secretary General has already made reservations for your lunch at the party and well, from what she tells me it is soooooooo YUMMMMYYYYYY. get ready people we have wonderful surprises for you. you will be so so taken by the pictures at the gallary--seems we have some great arts and painters in the making. That of course goes with the one-act play that will be played by our very nice writer Yaseen, your colleague George, Menna Asker, Ahmed Mokhtar, and Iman...i have just seen the rehearsal today and it was okay. i wish i could thank Mohamed Magdy the wonderful cartoonist and the director of the play for exerting so much effort. my colleagues Mr. Mohamed Husien and Mr. Mohamoud Hafez are helping as well. ANy way, i am getting ready for my Stand up comedy...well, i have nothing to say now concerning my act because well, this...NO YOU NEED TO COME AND SEE IT. finally we have the singer our photographer Mai Ehab and i will be singing too . hushhh hushhh hushhh....we have another surprise we will have a rock band as well....all the excitement! all the fun! all the Yummy food! from the very beginning , it was amazing party and unforgettable day
the start was wz a rock band they are very talented guys and they played one of my favorite songs ever ( nothing else matters for metallica band ) so i like their show so much
then the talented singers who shock me till now because when i knew that dr: ahmed and nancy will sing i didn`t think that they will perform by this beautiful way .. good job dr:Frank Sinatra

Well, yes. It's been a while. i am sorry though. this is what usually happens when you get some rest after a long time of the stress of hard work. The conference and the party were two events that worn me out. however, thank God, both are a success. it is not my success individually as it is the success of a teamwork. i am so happy that we do really live up the spirit of a teamwork--a very successful and promising one i should say. had it not been for the beautiful audience we had we wouldn't have had a party. maybe this time we had little audience, but coming years ensha Allah we will be having more. excuse me for my bad sining and thank God it was before dinner. the food was good though it was not that hot. some did not like the rice and Vine leaves but some did. some people just hated the chicken and some liked it. know what any food that is not hot changes a lot. it loses a lot. but we had very limited time for that and there were few people working on the dishes. i wish i could thank the girls enough, Mai El Etribi, Amani, Doaa, and Enjy Husien and others for giving a hand. Thank you all. i wish also to thank Karim who exerts every effort to help his team and to achieve success for his teamwork. and Amr Alam he is a nice person who helped us with his sound system and DJ. there is also Fedaa who tried so much to finish the golden sign in time but time was faster than she worked. thank you. this is great guys. well, about the seventh issue it will be there along with the party CD next sunday in October ensha Allah and the CDs in Sheraton next week as well. the CD is for 5 L.E. only. Hey, i need to say that there were some people who said they will be coming with friends and they did not show up. these people cost me personaly a lot. please, when you give a word please see to it that you keep it.

Dear DR.Manal sorry for not answering you phone calls actualy the first time you called me i was in DR.Ahmed lecture then i went home and i slept from 6 pm to 6 am and i dont know how i did that , when i just put my head on the pellow it was because i have nothing to do i didnt know i was that tired and i'm going to sleep all that time ... i'm so so so sorry doctor forgive me for that ....
and i wanted to say something about the next annual party i mean the second annual party .. i suggested in yesterday meeting to make the next annual party in 6th oct. institute as its studens is a part of our ELDSA association ... and i guess dr.manal wanted tha so much
